Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Cute Wallpapers mobile application ("App") and website at CuteWallpapers.co ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Description of Service

Cute Wallpapers provides a curated collection of digital wallpaper images for personal use on mobile devices. Users can browse, view, and save wallpapers to their device's photo library. We offer both free content and premium content available through a lifetime subscription.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our App. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App and that they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Subscription and Payment

We offer a lifetime subscription that provides access to our full library of premium wallpapers. Payment is processed securely through Apple's App Store via RevenueCat.

  • One-time payment for permanent access to all premium content
  • Access to all current and future wallpapers in our collection
  • No recurring charges or renewal fees

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to content upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for our lifetime subscription. Once payment is processed and access is granted, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.

We encourage you to explore our free content before making a purchase to ensure our service meets your expectations. If you experience technical issues preventing access to your purchase, please contact us through our Contact page and we will work to resolve the issue.

License and Intellectual Property

All wallpapers, graphics, designs, and other content available through our App are owned by or licensed to Cute Wallpapers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use

  • Personal, non-commercial use as device wallpapers
  • Saving wallpapers to your personal device
  • Setting wallpapers as your lock screen or home screen background

Prohibited Use

  • Redistributing, selling, or licensing wallpapers to others
  • Using wallpapers for commercial purposes
  • Modifying wallpapers and claiming them as your own
  • Using wallpapers in any way that infringes on our intellectual property rights
  • Scraping, downloading in bulk, or using automated tools to collect content

Photo Library Access

Our App requires access to your device's photo library to save wallpapers. By granting this permission, you authorize us to save wallpaper images to your photo library when you choose to download them. We do not access, view, or collect any of your existing photos. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings, though this will prevent the App from saving wallpapers to your device.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Circumvent any security features or access controls
  • Share your subscription access with others

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUTE WALLPAPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cute Wallpapers and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cute Wallpapers regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
